For more than 15 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with business owners across many different industries, helping them navigate the often confusing world of payment processing and business technology.
My journey in merchant services began in 2009 on Federal Street in Boston with Merchant Warehouse through the Capital Bankcard outside agent program, which later became part of TSYS.
Over the years, I’ve watched the payment industry rapidly evolve from traditional countertop terminals into today’s modern world of cloud-based POS systems, mobile payments, Text-to-Pay technology, recurring billing, and digital business operations.
What I’ve learned throughout that journey is that business owners are often looking for more than just payment processing.
